Central Coast Restaurant opened its doors in 2007 amidst much anticipation throughout the community of Fort Atkinson.  Owners, Larry and Sherry Starkweather, built Central Coast to achieve their goal of bringing unique and upscale dining options to the area.  Central Coast quickly gained notoriety as a five star level dining experience on par with restaurants in Chicago, Las Vegas and even New York City.  The menu features cuisine with a French twist, and changes regularly to showcase the talents of Chef Rich and his remarkable kitchen crew.  The wine list offers a vast selection of vineyards from the Central Coast region of California; and our staff is well trained to offer wine knowledge and advice for pairing wine with your meal.

The Dance Club in Central Coast is a ballroom dance facility that offers workshops, events and live performances.  Professional dance instructors from around the country offer workshop lessons each month in such disciplines as: cha-cha, waltz, tango, swing, and the hustle.  Live bands perform monthly and range in genre from big band to rock.  Special events such as comedy nights and murder mystery theater are also patron favorites.
