Chef Cara Stradinger
I have been working in a kitchen since I was really young. I had always loved watching my mom cook and often found myself pulling a chair up next to counter to get my hands in what she was doing. I think I helped her make a mess more than anything. That is why I love cooking so much. I can make a huge mess but in the end a dish comes out looking and tasting amazing. But I have grown to love baking the most. It is hard to find me in the kitchen without flour or some sort of berry sauce plastered to my chef jacket. I’m always trying to think of sweet treats to test out on my fellow coworkers or for dessert specials.
Cara graduated from culinary school in May 2010.
